We are thrilled to announce a partnership with the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN) to add chat and text services to our menu of communication options. This partnership allows us to increase access points for survivors in the tri-county area while maintaining person-centered, around-the-clock support.
From 10 AM to 10 PM, users can connect by text and chat with a highly trained advocate to receive compassionate, confidential, and trauma-informed support in just a few clicks. Our 24/7 telephone helpline remains fully operational, with RAINN advocates providing expert support after-hours. Local, tri-county-based TCS advocates are available to provide any additional location-based services as needed.
Our mission and all other services remain unchanged. TCS will continue to provide top-tier emotional support, case management, hospital accompaniment, court accompaniment, and meaningful referrals to other services within the community. We look forward to serving you!
